Purchasing of alcohol with coke on board

I am thinking about purchasing the 375ml bottle of vodka and/or rum with cokes.  It is showing up in the planner.  My questions are, when does it get delivered to our stateroom?  Also it states it is for Texas sailings, but my sailing is out of Florida and it shows up when I put my sailing date and ship.  Is it for all sailings?

For unknown reasons the spirits and mixer packages have only limited availability.  Should be in your stateroom when you arrive.
