Dubai Port: Check-in Time for Bellissima YC

Hello,

 

I have a cruise departing on 21 Dec on the MSC Bellissima from Dubai and I am registered in the Yacht Club. This is my first time on MSC as well as leaving from a port internationally. I just received my E-tickets and it shows my check-in time is at 18:30. Is this typically for people who have sailed from this port before? I'm used to being able to get on cruises at least by 12 or 1pm. Just wanting to know if this is typical or out of the norm with MSC/Dubai port.

We were on a cruise from Dubai and passengers from overnight flights were boarding at c 9.30am. The boarding time they give you seems to be random, I would turn up anytime after 10 and you should definitely be able to board shortly after.

the rooms won't be ready until 2 pm and bags won't arrive until later but you can enjoy all facilities

Thank you! We were planning to get there around 1:30pm so that should be just fine.

We had an overnight flight after landing we left the airport and went immediately to the ship and were boarded straight away.
