Your post cruise problems could probably be addressed by your travel agent. I would certainly go there first. My travel agent has always handled and solved any problems that have arisen over the past twenty years.

They said they'll be cruising Windstar or Celebrity.  Just because someone has 1 post does not make their review invalid.  Not everyone likes to comment on every post they read.
