QM2 Xmas decorations

For those of you who have recently sailed on the Dec 8th transatlantic cruise, could you advise if most of the Xmas decorations were in place on this crossing. We have sailed on Dec 15th on several occasions but wished to sail eastbound next year.

I was on this sailing and all of the Christmas trees were up. There was christmas carol singing around the main christmas tree and a special christmas show in the theatre. A lot of christmas music being played in the Queens room too.

Yes. We did a roundtrip starting on Dec 8, and the gingerbread village went up in the early days of the second week. Everything else was up when we boarded on the 8th.

The Xmas decorating starts on the Caribbean cruise that leaves late November, as the cruise progresses, more and more come out each day. For 2020, not sure how that will work as it is in dry dock I think at this time..expect it would be the first cruise out. Decorations are usually all up by December 8th

After the dry dock, there is a short trip to then a TA leaving Southampton on 1 December 2020. Hopefully the decorations will be up before she (we as I will be on board) arrive in New York.
