Century Questions April 8

I'm new to this site and found some useful and interesting things. Is anyone else cruising the Century April 8? Can anyone recommend tours or beaches? We will be going to Cozemel, Grand Cayman, Costa Maya, and Jamaica. We are definately beach people and will probably do the Sting Ray City with Captain Marvins. Is the all-inclusive beach packages work it? How much would a mixed drink cost in Costa Maya or Jamaica? I've found Breezes in Jamaica for $45 and a Breach Break in Costa Maya for $30. Two of the people my husband and I are traveling with do not drink, but they will have non-alcholic beverages? Any help you can give me about the ship or ports will be greatly appreciated. This is our fourth cruise, but first on Celebrity.:D
