Casino and Onboard Credits

We have a large Onboard Credit. Can we use it in the Casino? Is there a charge for doing so?

Thanks - we don't usually gamble, but my husband wants to test a theory.

The onboard credits are first posted to your cabin acct. What you spend is drawn off that amount and when it's gone you start paying on your credit card. When you charge back to you cabin casino chips or cash there is a 3% fee.
