Radiance Questions

Recommended Posts

We will be taking a cruise on Radiance of the Seas in March and were wondering a few questions: 1) Is there a promenade/walkway around the ship on the heliport level? 2) can you go out on the heliport? 3) Is there an additional charge for the mini-golf and billiards? 4) Is there an additional charge for the Seaview cafe? Thanks for your help!

1) Yep

2) Yes, you can go out on the helideck by walking up a few stairs. There is a gate, but if it isn't locked, it's okay to open it and go up. There are benches up there to sit and relax and you can turn around and wave at the officers on the bridge :D

3) No extra charge, but for the billiards there's usually a wait - check with the bartender in the Schooner

4) Extra charge for some drinks, same as other dining venues, but not for the food

There is a promenade walkway around the ship. I believe its on the heliport level. Im not sure if you are allowed on the heliport or not although lots of people on our cruise were talking about it. And there is no charge for mini-golf. And there is no charge for the Seaview Cafe with the exception of drinks, although I believe they are changing their menus [heard that here on CC].

You could go up to the heliport on the front of the ship during the daytime. There were no lights on in the dark, so they usually had the gate shut. It's a good place to go when sailing out of port. There are a few benches located there.
