Sending photos to Facebook

Hi all can I disconnect my phone from the network on my cruise so that I don't receive any incoming calls.

But are able to connect to face book via the on board internet to send my holiday snaps.

Yes, you can set your smart phone to ignore cell towers and to connect only via the ship's wi-fi.  There are several ways to do it, depending on your iPhone.  For example, you can put your iPhone into airplane mode and then selectively enable the wi-fi.

You are welcome.  Most of us that use the ship's wifi will connect in that manner whenever on board to avoid accidentally connecting to the ship's cell tower (and paying for it).

Just put your phone in airplane mode ang turn WiFi on and hook up to ships WiFi with the code they give you.
