At the MEET THE CAPTAIN program last week on the DISCOVERY,  Captain John Smith stated that he would be returning to the ship in May.  He was looking forward to the Alaskan itineraries.

We were impressed with Esther when we were on Discovery a week ago.  She was an assistant CD and think she will do a great job as CD.  Will be with her on the 20th.

I'm excited to have her when I go to the Discovery in a few short weeks. She was adorable and great when she a jr. Assistant director on the Majestic last summer during aska season. She definitely up the ranks extremely quick, but he has a lot of Moxy, outgoing and passionate. Kudos to her for the fabulous job she has done this far.

Captain Smith said he was returning in May. Captain Street will be one of the Captain's on the Sun Princess. He may be just filling in for Captain Arma. However, things can change

I'm on the sky now as we speak. Which mat is going to be the entertainment director on the Regal? Is it Matt Thompso? Or Is it Matt Bernard and is currently the cruise direct onboard the Sky?  (Did he get promoted to entertainment director?) I would just go personally ask him but I haven't seen him around on the ship today.

I personally like both Matt's! Especially when they work together they're hilarious! Which makes me happy as I'll be on the Regal next month.

Just disembarked the Grand in Melbourne, Aaron Hawkins mentioned in his last wake show that it was his last as CD (missed who was taking over) heading home for a break for a couple of months then joining Regal (I think) when it starts its UK run

• CD Jody Miles from the Enchanted has posted on her Instagram that she's leaving after this current cruise, ending 2/27. She said she'll be onboard Caribbean for four months beginning the end of April.
• CD Corinne Steel mentioned on the Wake Show last month that she was scheduled to go back to the Royal after her leave; she rejoins, beginning sometime in April and will be there all through the Alaska season.
• CD Jayson Douglass just replaced Aaron on the Grand.
• Catalin Ionel is the current DRO on Discovery.
• Duke Christopher (ED) was spotted on Enchanted with Jody in a recent photo.
• This on 2/2 for the Diamond shows that Stefano Ravera was the Captain and Samantha McDonough was the ED.

Heads up as I'm currently on the Sky. Cruise director Matt Barnard is going on vacation at the end of this cruise. But will be back on the Sky after the crossing in May. Also the current captain Heikki Laakkonen has two more cruises before his vacatio,n but returns in the beginning of July on the Sky as well

Does anyone know if Cruise Director Marcus is coming back to Princess?  He was on Enchanted Princess and then Discovery.   Haven’t seen his name on the list in quite a while.

At the very least, he's on paternity leave, as he and his wife just welcomed a newborn not too long ago. I'm hopeful he'll return eventually but I have no confirmation.
