When is your cruise? shore excursions are often not listed until the cruise is a few months out.

Also Halifax is a wonderful place to visit - I highly recommend looking into a private taxi tour (check out Trip Advisor). We found one and for the same $$$ as we would have paid each for an NCL bus tour - we got a private tour in a town car given by a local person who knew the history of the area - we also went the reverse route of the big busses so we were either ahead or behind the large crowds.  There is a great boardwalk that connects the cruise ship dock with the downtown area. We could have had our taxi driver drop us off at one end of it and we could have walked back to the ship. However on our cruise we were going to be coming back to Halifax on the second leg of our cruise and we saved the board walk for that visit. There are lots of little shops and a great crystal mfg there - and yes you get to watch them make the  crystal pieces. We also stopped at a maple syrup factory - did not visit the woods but saw  movie on how they collect and process it. We bought lots of syrup - hint - have them ship it to you - they do it for free and if you are in the USA you will not have to declare it when you come through customs. It also avoids any issues with getting it back on the ship. We also had our crystal piece shipped as well.

There are 25 excursions listed (1 for St John) - is it too early for the others to be shown?  Strange that the other ports tours aren't showing.

The last three days of our cruise aren't available yet.  Today (Feb 4th), Concierge stated that after another week, try checking again - every day.

Also, if you haven't booked your specialty dining selections yet...GOOD LUCK!  Process was very frustrating.  😉
