Allowed medical exemption to both having to buy Drink Package - consequences if exempted person drinks anyway?

they track most everything else you do with that card..  but maybe I am not seeing a down side that others may... 

 

At least two cruises I've been on they sold a card for a set number of drinks late in the cruise. I want to say it was halfway through the first cruise on the second sea day and you got ten drinks. The other cruise I think it was more than halfway. They may have done so on other cruises but I didn't pay any attention because I already had the unlimited plan.
