We've cruise over Valentines Day several times, and it usually isn't even acknowledged. On the Pride last year, the DW dressed in red, but we were pretty much on our own. It wasn't a formal night - so it was no big deal. I seam to recall that maybe they announced something at dinner - but that was about it. Most of the new ships have a small flower stand in the Formalities shop - where you can buy roses or other special gifts. However, even if the ship doesn't do anything special - you can sure do your own thing! Have fun - it will be GREAT.
