Flash sale today

I pulled up Carnivals website this morning and there is a flash sale today, up to 45% off sailings.  So I checked my early saver bookings and called Carnival.  The agent told me this sale only applies to new bookings.  I informed her that it does not state that on the website.  Shouldn't it still apply to early saver?  Experts please chime in.  Thanks!

There's a tiny asterisk in the corner that says *Terms and Conditions and it says "Offer is applicable on new bookings made between February 19, 2020 and March 1, 2020." There's always a tiny asterisk...

Did you do a mock booking to see if your category and occupancy is cheaper than what you paid?  If so, submit the price protection form.  It will go though, most likely.  If not, try again.

 

I got a price drop with this flash sale of $37.  Submitted via my TA, though.
