Books in the cabins

I have read on a few posts that you can ask your steward for a copy of the book in the cabin--can someone tell me about this book? Thanks!

It's a hardbound book of color photos/captions of both the ship and the places it visits. The kind of "coffee table book" that would cost about $20-30 at the bookstore. They gave me one once...but they'll often point you to the gift shop where you can buy one

It's a pretty book with pretty picures.;) However, half the pages are advertisements, so I've never wanted to have one. To each her/his own.
