Splitting the senior price between rooms

Hello,

We are going on our first cruise with my parents on 2/26/06! When I booked, two different Carnival rep's suggested that I "split" the senior discount between the rooms by books one of my parents in each room. They said we could change rooms at boarding so that our sail and sign cards would be right. I'm just a little nervous because I've never cruised and don't know much about embarkment. Has anyone else done this and how did it work for you at the port?

At check in, make sure each individual S&S account is being charged/secured by whom is going to pay. Proceed with boarding.

After boarding, go to the pursors desk and ask for an extra key/key card for each room. Give said extra key to the person who will be switching rooms.

To make things easier, make sure all luggage is tagged with it's intended cabin, to save switching luggage around after it arrives.

Make sense?
