MRVEGAS711 Posted March 9, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 9, 2020 I'm being told by Carnival phone woman, no need to wait for operator, cancel on line and FCC will be credited. Anyone had success with this before I dive in???
TakeMeAway1001 Posted March 9, 2020 #2 Share Posted March 9, 2020 The form that came attached to the letter/email from Carnival would require you to enter existing booking and new booking info to have the FCC applied. Not sure if you can just cancel using the form and not enter the new cruise info, plus not sure when your cruise was scheduled to depart, but you would want to make sure you're following the deadline to rebook. https://www.carnival.com/request-forms/reimbursement-form.aspx

I think it should be fine, everything is documented so even if it does get screwed up somehow it can be straightened out after the current chaos settles down. I cancelled and rebooked last Friday via phone and noticed yesterday that the FCC of $1228 was not credited to the second cabin on my booking. We don’t sail until July 25th now so I have plenty of time to get it fixed.
