Contacting Carnival

We're cruising later this week and want to check into upgrades.  Obviously Carnvial's phone lines are impossible to get through right now.  Has anyone had any luck?  Or does anyone know of another way to contact them?

I finally got through, but it took a while.

I’ve been trying all day.  We are going to cancel and rebook for May and it has to be done by today.
