Visa Required to Board Mercury in Seattle???

I'm sure this has been asked and answered many times but I couldn't find it so here goes: When searching for port directions on the Celebrity website I noticed that on the Port of Seattle page, at the bottom, it states that a Canadian visa is required to board the Mercury even though the ship only stops in Prince Rupert, B.C. for one hour to refuel. No one is allowed on or off the ship. But when you click on the link to the Canadian consulate no mention of this requirement is made anywhere. I certainly hope this is outdated info and I wish they would remove it if it is. I'm sooooooo confused!

:confused::eek::(:eek::confused:
