seascapes63 Posted February 8, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 8, 2006 We are in our early 40's and tghinking of taking our 16 and 18 yr old daughters on a cruise. Southern Caribean likely and possibly Carnival. Any thoughts on doing this cheaply but at the same time maintaining our sanity?? Is it wise to all share a cabin? Thanks Mike

ssca Posted February 9, 2006 #3 Share Posted February 9, 2006 Mike~ We are now going on our 3 year of cruising with our teens now 16&19 and we book a balcony cabin. It is tight when we are all getting ready for dinner but other than that it is cheeper. Im sure my boys would prefer their own cabin but we do not spend to much time there to make it worth it. The balcony gives that extra space in the AM for us to have coffee and in the evening to have happy hour. This year we have our first aft cabin RCI and the room is larger with a larger balcony.Teens love cruising! Good Luck!
