MSC Cruises Customer Service

Hi, has anyone else been threatened by MSC when trying to get a refund in Australia.  They are going to use their "big legal team" to delay any requested refund indefinitely.

This company must have the worst customer service in the history of mankind.

Sorry to hear that you too are having problems with MSC, as are many others while this company is most likely experiencing severe cash flow problems.  Without knowing the particulars of your cancellation, perhaps you will find recourse through your credit card company?

Unfortunately not.  Paid by direct debit to our travel agent.

I fully understand cash flow problems, they have $3K of my money when I could use it myself. 

They have a very cheap line of credit at the moment.

Perhaps if they actually had some customer service instead of treating us this badly I might be more sympathetic.

In these days of internet I wonder if they realise how we can all see the different treatment each country is currently getting.

Other cruise companies will be experiencing the same issues but have handled it in a much better way by staying in contact with customers.
