They are going to use their "big legal team" to delay any requested refund indefinitely. This company must have the worst customer service in the history of mankind. I fully understand cash flow problems, they have $3K of my money when I could use it myself. They have a very cheap line of credit at the moment. Perhaps if they actually had some customer service instead of treating us this badly I might be more sympathetic. In these days of internet I wonder if they realise how we can all see the different treatment each country is currently getting.
