I assume you are talking about "Cruise Credits".

You will receive 1 Credit for each cruise.

If you book a CC (Concierge Class) or higher cabin you will receive an additional Cruise Credit.

If your cruise is in excess of 11 days (I think) you will receive a cruise credit.

The last 2 are either or both in addition to the Cruise Credit for sailing.

The Credits are used in conjunction with the "frequent sailing" club each cruise line runs. X = Captain's Club. Normally you can join these after your first cruise with a particular cruise line.

They are good for perks while on board. These differ from line to line and level to level in each cruise club. You can look up the benefits on each lines web site, under the cruise club tab.
