Lift and shift cancelled reservation

I cancelled my summer cruise before pif and have not received my refund yet. Then lift and shift became available after we cancelled. I would now like to lift and shift. Anyone have luck lifting and shifting a cruise they had cancelled?  I’m waiting for a response from my agent. Thx

Unfortunately the Lift and shift is not retroactive.
