Need advice on canceled cruise booked through Casino

We booked a cruise for June 10, 2021 on the Ruby Princess to Alaska through the Princess Players Club.  With the Princess Plus and cabin upgrades and air fare, our portion of payment was about $4,400.  This morning I received a Cancellation Notification and when I called Princess they said it was canceled due to non-payment and I would have to go through the Casino Department who is not answering their phones (I was on HOLD for just shy of 2 hours).  We paid our portion, and have even paid off the credit cards used to book.  Apparently, the casino did not pay their part.  Princess can't help me and I can't get the Casino Department to answer their phones (and there is $600 in cancellation fees).    Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how did you deal with it?

DISREGARD THE ABOVE....Finally got through to Casino Dept and all is well.  Turns out it was my fault as I booked our air myself and not through the Casino, which triggered a cancellation... (who knew!?)  Anyway, it has been reinstated and I'm a happy camper.
