Belize - what's the best excursion?????

We've done the cave tubing excursion in Belize last time we went. Now we're going again, and are wondering what the next best excursion would be. We were thinking of snorkeling in Shark-Ray alley. For those of you who have done this excursion, is it worth it? How is it in November? Anyone else who has done a shore excursion besides these two mentioned, how fun was the excursion? The husband and I, as well as our friends really like the more rugged, physical type of excursions - we don't like to sit and do passive ones - what can you suggest?

Cave tubing with X-Stream. This is the best excursion I've ever done and would do this again if we ever go back to Belize.

Did the coral breeze snorkle trip last november was a little over cast but was very fun the snorkling was great. Lunch at caye caulker was very good if you enjoy the water this is a great excursion.
