Carnival 2007 Alaska

I am thinking about doing a Carnival cruise this year and it will most probably be to Alaska. Does anyone know when the schedule is due out? On several website it gives the dates for the Spirit in 2007 but will not let you actually book. I like to book early to assure myself that I will get my beloved aft rooms.

The Spirit is cruising both north bound and south bound in from vancouver to anchorage (whittier) this year 2006....I just booked a cruise leaving on May31!

Next year (June 2007) is our 20th anniversary and we were so hoping to do Alaska. I just picked up the book from the TA today - it is a 2006 book but she mentioned that the itinerary does not change very much. Yikes - I haven't paid for this year's cruise yet! Or even sailed it!

there are so many Alaska options. What are your thoughts on the cruise-land pacakges? Did you have Carnival arrange air??
