Brilliance Cabin 8164 Obstructed View

Would anyone be aware of the nature of obstructed view RCCL refers to in cabin 8164 on the Brilliance? Thanks for your help.

It is the window washing equipment/ platform on a rail that hangs off the side of the ship.

We were on Radiance 2 weeks ago in 1598 which is also "obstructed". It was NOT a problem at all. The window washing gizmo was there but blocked only a small portion. Also, the angled support structure at the rear (ehh, I mean aft) of the ship on the side was also an slight obstruction. It DID block the view a little but our balcony was huge and it was not a problem. Before the cruise, I spent way too much time stressing over this. Don't you make the same mistake. Have a great time!
