Miracle Fitness Center Question

Does anyone know what kind of weight equipment they have on the Miracle? Although my husband and I sailed her last year, I hardly entered the fitness center. This year, I joined Curves :D and am very much in the fitness regime and look forward to working out (and working off those cruise pounds). Is the weight equipment the kind that you manually have to adjust the weights with the pins to determine your weight selection? Or is what I call resistance weights which is determined by the speed that you are lifting (I am not sure it is the correct term, but I hope you will know what I mean)?

 

Any information that you can give, would be greatly appreciated. I can't seem to find any on the Carnival sight!! Two weeks and we sail to paradise:) :) !!
