Our husbands are fans of Don G's in Marigot, sint Maartin. The have a good variety of Cubans as well as freshly rolled "don G's". Much of their tobacco comes from Dominican Republic and the wrappers interestingly enough come from my home state of Connecticut. I wish I could remember the street name but I know it is in an alley close to the flee market. Your cab driver should know where it is.

I have been going to St Maarten for 10 years. The best and cheapest cigar store is Goulhamars on Front St. right near the pier. They are near the McDonalds and accross from the Rams store. Great variety of fresh Cubans in a great humidor. Good prices-Monte Cristo #2s, Box of 20, $190.
You will also pass an upscale cigar storebefore Goulhamars on Front, however, you are paying for the atmosphere.

In St. Maarten, try La Casa Del Habano. It's a beautiful store. Here is a link to a site that has a coupon for a free cutter at the store:

Also, there is a terrific Tobacco Shop right near the pier in St. Thomas. They have a very large assortment of cigars (and cigarettes too).
