mommybunny21 Posted February 14, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 14, 2006 Is it possible to pay to use Atlantis' facilities for a day? Has anyone done so. Thanks
cruiser01 Posted February 14, 2006 #2 Share Posted February 14, 2006 There have been many posts on this (you should be able to find them with a search). Unfortunately, you cannot pay to use the Atlantis facilities. The only way to use the facilities is to be a paid guest (i.e. rent a room). Rates are approx US$250-350 per night. Sorry. cruizing with teens Posted February 16, 2006 #3 Share Posted February 16, 2006 You do need to be a hotel guest to use the pools etc. We are going at the end of March on the Valor and did book a room for a night to use the facilities. We paid $200 a night (plus some taxes)at the Comfort Suites across the road with full use of Atlantis facilities. There are 4 of us so we felt it was expensive but hopefully worth it. I have 13 and 15 year old daughters that are looking forward to this part of the cruise so much. I think it would be hard to tour the grounds and not use the great slides, pools, etc.
new2cruising2006 Posted February 16, 2006 #4 Share Posted February 16, 2006 Does Atlantis give you wristbands if you are a guest. Someone I know has a old room key from 2 wks ago. Not sure if that is all I would need.

Not sure if that is all I would need. Outdated room keys won't get you a bracelet (They swipe cards for computer verification). You may be able to walk around the grounds with just a room key, but you won't be allowed to use the pools or slides without a bracelet.
Pigeon9876 Posted February 28, 2006 #6 Share Posted February 28, 2006 Alantis offers day rates ranging from $99-$200 depending on availability. You cannot reserve in advance. You have to call the morning of wanting to go to see if rooms are available. You have the room from 10am to 6pm usually just call the Alantis and ask about the day rate special
joannefr Posted February 28, 2006 #7 Share Posted February 28, 2006 I don't think they offer day rates anymore. I emailed them and they told me they didn't. I am going mid-March - a busy time so it could just be when I am going. Joanne

They offer rooms at the going rate.. for up to 4 ppl. (no single passes) High Season, they can barely handle the crowds. I haven't heard of anyone getting a day room in nearly a year. They have been near capacity for quite some time now.
