How long to get a response from X-Stream for Zip Line?

Hello all,

 

Two weeks ago I sent a request to X-Stream through their website and never received a response, so last Thursday, I sent a second request (using their AOL method) and still haven't heard anything.

 

For the ones that booked through X-Stream, did it take you this long to get a response??? Also, now I am considering booking through Carnival and I found out that they limit their tour to 30 people. How many people does X-Stream have on their Zip line tour??

I used live chat to ask my questions then booked when I was done.

I used their live chat and then booked the zipline for the Miracle sailing of 3/5. The confirmation arrived within about 4 hours. They limit to 10 people.

I e-mailed them from their website a couple a questions and then my reservation and I received a response through my e-mail within hours of each contact with them.
