Checking in on my Sept cruise and noticed they added a spot to complete a health assessment. Hopefully that means our cruise is still on-track to go!

Just saw this on my Aug 28 cruise. Maybe someone who has one of the earliest cruise can let us know what is on it. Maybe upload vaccine info? Maybe upload recent negative covid test if NOT vaccinated? Who knows, yet.

I'm on The Breeze July 19th. My health assessment isn't available to complete until June 12th.
