mrsbballref Posted February 14, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 14, 2006 Does anyone know anything about the restaurants listed on restaurant.com under the Ft. Lauderdale vicinity? I have used this website here locally, but I am just wondering about some of these in FLL for our pre-cruise stay there in June. I hope this link will work. If not, you can just go to http://www.restaurant.com and search for the FLL vicinity. http://www.restaurant.com/listings.asp?vlvl=district&vids=409&vidsl=1&vstid=18&vgid=17&vstcd=FL&vdid=58&pgn=gcp&zp=&pxm=15&src=&rn=&ct=&cs=0&ne=0&al=&nv=1&pg=1&bsp=1 Thanks! signman Posted February 14, 2006 #2 Share Posted February 14, 2006 I haven't heard of any of them, and 95% of them are far far from the cruise port area. Scroll back a half dozen pages. You'll find dozens of tried and true places.

Eduardo de San Angelo is a fantastic restaurant. I didn't even realize that I could get a coupon for them! It's a high end, gourmet mexican place with a lot of charm and excellent service. Jane110 Posted February 15, 2006 #5 Share Posted February 15, 2006 Thanks Jane! You're welcome.......and thanks to you too! I've bought a few restaurant.com gc's for use here in NY and never thought to look for them in Ft. Lauderdale. When I clicked on the link you supplied and saw Eduardo de San Angelo, I immediately bought one for my Mother. She lives in Ft. L and it's one of her favorite places. I called her last night and told her the GC was in the mail. She's thrilled to be getting it! We had a terrific dinner there this past Nov. when I was down there visiting her. Thanks! :) Jane
