AUG 2021 Independence switch to Odyssey

Originally booked August 8 Independence of the Seas out of Miami.

 

Today's email states switch is Odyssey out of Fort Lauderdale same date, which is AWESOME,  although I am not so confident that it will sail since other cruises have been cancelled into October. 

 

I would LOVE to go on this ship with my family.   

 

If we haven’t heard from you by June 18th, 2021, you’ll remain booked on the alternate Odyssey of the Seas sailing. Should you decide to cancel after our moves are complete, you will continue to be covered by our Cruise with Confidence policy.

 

I read an article the Odyssey arrived today at Port Canaveral so they can vaccinate the crew.  

 

We (husband, wife, 18 and 20 year-old kids) are excited about cruising this year, however if the Odyssey cruise ends up being cancelled I imagine I will have another opportunity for full refund?  I am fine with letting it roll. 

 

Thank you for any advice.  I am a cruise newbie -- this will be my third cruise if it's a go.
