She did, but with new protocols that might change. Similar to staff serving us at buffets.

We sailed her late 2018 and she did not have the freestyle machines. Liberty was scheduled to get the Amped upgrades this year but Covid changes the schedule. When did you sail her that she had the freestyle coke machine?

Liberty has never had the Freestyle machines.

On our recent MSC sailing there was no self service whatsoever. Even the 24hr beverage stations were manned by crew at all times. I would imagine when RCI resumes sailing they will operate a similar policy for obvious reasons.
