Is this ship really handicapp accessable?

What Ship? We have sailed on the Dawn and used a regular cabin with a w/c. We place it folded against the wall inside the door. It can be tight but doable and a mini suite would be better. Search on this sight about upsales and see if you can get a little bigger room.

My husband and I sailed on the Carnival Pride in November and simply left the chair right outside the door in the hall as did people with strollers. It was never in the way. We are sailing on the Dawn next week and I am hoping to be able to do the same.

we had a non-handicap suite but we also left it folded outside the room.

The tricky part was the shower/bathtub combo, had to really help/watch the handicap individual lift legs over into the tub. We're cruising again in a few months and getting a handicap mini-suite, will be nice to have the more friendly shower and the bigger entrance to wheel right in.
