Those scary braids

I did just a few braids on the side of my head 2 years ago. I would do them again but just a few in back at the nape next time. I think it's just fun to have "cruise hair" I have also done the hair wraps a few times when in Florida for vacation. I really like the wraps better.

INCHARGE, I am just north of you in River Oaks. I too love living south of the city. I think we have the best of all worlds living in NOVA. Beach, mountains, big city and small town all within a 4 hour drive. Whose Afghan Hound? Looks cute on the dog. I still would never let anyone do that to me, but hey if you like them on you, whatever floats your boat. That's true - in this great melting pot of a country we live in, we definately need to share cultures, although Michael Jackson really took it too far..... That is NOT our dog - we have a lovable yellow lab who would never allow such a thing to be done to her. She prefers the wash & wear fur she was born with & sunning "au naturel".

But it does make you wonder what the owner of the dog with the braids actually looks like...
