littlemuffin Posted February 16, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 16, 2006 Are children, age 11 and 13 welcome at the daily activities such as trivia games, ceramics etc? These are well behaved and very mature kids who just have never been impressed with the kids programs on cruises. Thanks

Cruisin' Chick Posted February 16, 2006 #3 Share Posted February 16, 2006 For the most part, kids are allowed at the regular activities. One mom on our last cruise did mention to me that she got some 'tude from one of the crafts instructors with her six year olds wanted to make something. I listed many of the kids' zones activities as well as the general activities in my review of the Island Princess which is probably pages back by now. Love Boat Dream Posted February 16, 2006 #4 Share Posted February 16, 2006 We've always found that they are very welcoming to having the kids at the trivia, etc (as long as it wasn't the "adult" ones) I saw a lot of older kids in the pottery painting. Except one time when my son was 4 and he wanted to touch all the displays from the fruit carving demo. It made the hostess in charge a little flustered.
