Tampa-Brilliance to Serenade November sailings (Not rocket science)

Recommended Posts

After spending time to select the chosen balcony location on the Brilliance. Royal has swapped out this ship to the Serenade. Both are same size ships. One would think that the change would be easy to accommodate guests on same balcony, but NO. Royal indiscriminately changed previously chosen cabin to a different floor and location. Any recommendations on what can be done?

Other than call to see if you can move your cabin, not much you can do. It's possible they were going to be doing these moves anyway, as there have been reports of cabin changes on August cruises to promote social distancing. So maybe they took the switch as an opportunity to do that... but just a guess.

I do get why you would be upset though. We are fortunate enough to retain the same cabin on our Brilliance to Serenade switcheroo.
