Tattoo Parlor?

Had anyone checked out the Tattoo Parlor yet, or was it not open for UK sailings? Mainly we're interested in hearing about cost (can OBC be used?), and what tattoo choices are. Are you required to pick from their selection? Do they do their own original designs based on your suggestions? Will they do a design you bring in? And how much time can you book for, only small 1-2 hour tattoos?

From recent UK sailings feedback it’s expensive. 
$150 shop minimum but larger and colour designs were over $500 and in excess of $1000
