sweetantigua Posted February 17, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 17, 2006 I'm leaving on Spirit in October out of NY. Is it too cold to use pool and outdoor activites the first couple of days? Is it a bumpy ride? Thanks for your help. Sweetantigua

Para2001 Posted February 17, 2006 #4 Share Posted February 17, 2006 I'm leaving on Spirit in October out of NY. On which cruise will you be? We'll go on the 10/9 southern caribean cruise out of NY. It'll be our first cruise and we're really looking forward to it. I'm not worried about the first two days. As everthing is new for us, I believe we'll be busy exploring the ship and all of its facilities. Greetings Stephan P.S.: Please be patient with my english, because my last english-lesson was in school 20 years ago...

Sweetantigua October can still be fairly warm in New York - when you first board the ship you could probably use the hot tubs (not sure about the pool though) but by the time you get out into the open waters it might get a bit chilly. Have fun:)

I'm just slightly worried though, as I'm booked on the same cruise, and as far as I am aware it sails on 10/8. I'd hate you to miss the boat.
