Can't get dinner all reservations our dinner reservations on Oct Explorer Rome to Miami

Are all the reservation restaurants really booked.? We can only get 4 and the site says we can have 9.  We are on the ship for 22 days and we are 63 days from going Titanium.

In normal times you are allowed one reservation per specialty restaurant for each cruise.  If you are on back-to-back cruises you would get two reservations per restaurant, etc.  We just booked dining for our Nov 23rd Splendor cruise and were only allowed the three reservations.  There have been earlier posts where the poster noted they were allowed more reservations on a single cruise.  Having lived with Regent's webpage and software for many years, it's more likely a software "glitch".

One reservation per specialty restaurant would be 6 reservations since Rome to Miami is really 2 segments.  The site says we can have 9 reservations (currently we have none at Chartreuse). We have been on Regent since 2003 and the website has never been this bad.  I was wondering if the site was showing unavailable for all 3 specialty restaurants because the cruise is getting ready to be cancelled.
