Has Anyone Scuba Dive at Eden Rock?

Has anyone went to Eden Rock to scuba dive? I was thinking of just getting off the ship and walking down to eden rock and do a couple of dive with a buddy. What is Eden Rock like? Is it worth it?

We snorkled at Eden Rock on our last cruise. We wanted to go to Stingray City but excursions were not going out that day. Our local dive shop had recommended Eden Rock. The entry into the water was tricky but we had a great time. After returning to the ship, my husband returned to shore for a second snorkle there.

You can snorkel right from the dive shop there...

In 2003, we just rented a locker for $5 bucks and jumped in and snorkeled for free....

 

It is only a 5 block walk from the pier....

 

We of course had our own snorkel equipment with us....they used the scuba equipment from the dive shop.

 

My dad and brothers dived there for around $45 a piece in 2003...if I remember right...

 

Afterwards we went to public Beach in 7 mile for around $4 per person each way....

 

Great day...when you are on a tight budget...

Sorry realized i wasn't clear on my last post...

I snorkeled for free(had my own equipment)...my dad and brothers went diving($45).

Locker was $5.
