Binax NOW Home Test??

Is this THE TEST (first photo marked .. do not open is one I have) that Carnival will accept upon embarkation???? I was able to get a couple free of charge from our local library (distributed from local health department for distribution).  The second photo is the one Carnival says they will accept. I DID NOT purchase them from either of the two companies listed below .. does that matter????

 

And…… for anyone that has used this to board recently…….did embarkation staff accept your results via your phone OR did you have to present a printed copy?
