Q 're check-in for recent passengers on Jade

Do they deal with couples together for the COVID testing/check-in?

Just wondering whether to print a copy for each of us or if one page with both Trustone QR codes on it is enough?

So you were separated before they scanned the QR code for your test?  My OH is prone to losing paperwork, especially when it's important, I think he does it to drive me nuts!

We were on the Jade last week. My QR code for the testing was on my phone - which died at the hotel we stayed in the night before in Athens (we didn't bring an adapter, and the room had no USB ports). We "saved" my wife's phone, so she had her code.

We had no problems - I initially had to go through a separate entrance, where someone looked up my QR code and escorted me to the sign-in for testing, where I rejoined my wife. We were then tested back-to-back.

Then we went together to wait for our results. My number (indicated negative) appeared on the monitor within 10 minutes, tops. But her number was skipped - and we got kind of nervous until about ten minutes later her number appeared on the screen.

We then got wristbands and got on the ship together for what turned out to be a wonderful week!

I have just downloaded the Trustone app on both of our phones and used different email address to register, also took a screenshot of each and will also print out and have a hard copy to hand, as I believe that your processed individually.

Our experience with testing for the Jade was very similar...with one exception.  We were told that we would get results via email as well as the report in the hotel "waiting area".  Never received any email for anyone in our group of 4.
