I have put in my account email and changed the password over and over again- still won't let me in. Then I tried to "create" a new log in? nope my email is already being used by another account.

Are you asking about logging in to your VIFP account? If so, you’re probably going to have to call Carnival and ask for Technical Support. I managed to do that one time and they fixed it for me.

Yep, you're gonna' have to call Carnival and let their computer geeks fix it.  My daughter managed to somehow get herself into the same situation as you, they got her account straightened out in no time.

carnival could not help. they told me I am in the system but that was it.  I had to solve it myself.
