PCR Test in Grand Turk?

I'm cruising in December and flying from Miami to Toronto after the cruise. Our last port of call is Grand Turk. My plan is to fly home the day we disembark, but that darn PCR test....sigh. So, I'm thinking of doing my test in Grand Turk, which will see me in my 72 hour limit. Wondering if anyone has done that yet? I have done a little legwork and have found a place that does them and will email results in 24 hours. Would love to hear of any Canadians who have tried or plan to try this method.

Grand Turk has been closed to cruisers. My upcoming cruise is scheduled to stop there on December 2 and I think we might be the first cruise ship back.

Yes. I'm supposed to be there on the 21st of December.
