Ventura Waterside Buffet

Can you collect food from the buffet and sit at a table outside?

If you mean outside by Terrace Pool,,,then Yes you can.

Got off Ventura yesterday,it’s surprising how many people cram into the first part of Waterside when you can walk through to the back part to almost empty tables,,and the door out to the Terrace Pool.

The terrace area is not that large, is there another area near the waterside?

The other end of the Waterside is the indoor pool area,you can sit at ,a table there,or walk through to the outdoor pool area and eat there at a table.

I presume that you don't have to book to use the buffet and are just able to walk in? Can anyone inform me if the fixed dining in the MDR is now not going ahead and everyone is freedom dining?

Yes you can just walk in but it gets really busy at times.

 

Not sure about fixed dining on Ventura and can't even find it on any of the cruise mapping sites?

Now on Ventura, from the start of N121 as numbers increased. On the first Ventura  cruise  there was only 2 dining rooms open.
