Room Service Morning Coffee?

I had read somewhere that morning room service coffee was available at no charge.  Does anyone know if this is still available?  If it is, how does one go about ordering?  TIA 😎

I read something that said the coffee was free, but there is a $7.95 service fee and tip that will be added to your bill.

Coffee and continental breakfast are free. A tip is appropriate. 2 to 5 dollars depending on how much you order. No charge. The 7.95 is for other room service options.
