Hairdryers on Iona

For the benefit of my wife (I don't need them any more!) please can anyone tell us if the hair dryers on P&O Iona require the user to keep their finger on the on/off button while using them?  As we will be going on a 14 night cruise shortly , the answer to this question will determine whether or not we will need to pack our own hairdryer!  With thanks.

Don’t think  you do, sure you just switch it on

Hi,

I was on Iona last week and used the hairdryer , you did not need to keep hold of the switch. There were a few settings on it for cool / heat .
