Trying to get checked in online

I am trying to do the web checkin online for our cruise that departs on Sunday.  I am getting stuck at the credit card registration.  I keep getting an error message.  Of course, without the credit card information I am getting the message that my paperwork is not ready.  I have called the telephone number and I have been on hold for the last 45 minutes.

 

Any suggestions?

I had no trouble with this using my laptop running Windows.

 

I do frequently have problems with apps on handheld devices, although what I have looked at on the MSC and Me app seems pretty good. 

 

Good luck with customer service. Do you like that music that gets way too loud while you are waiting?

Had the same problem online.  No problem at all once on board and as we had drink package and wifi etc.,  didn't bother on our second sailing this year

I get stuck in the same place too, but then it sends me yet more E tickets.

It says registering a CC is optional but it does not seem you can bypass it.

If you have the e tickets then your checked in, credit card details is not required to complete check in

Thanks all.  After 55 minutes on hold, I finally got through to an agent.   They just emailed me the documents. 

 

Crisis averted. 😄
